We stayed at lemon tree hotel srinagar in 1st week of july, from checkin to check out everything was flawless, food quality was superb and service was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone comes to srinagar.

We spent 3 nights at this hotel, and it was absolutely amazing. The property is beautiful, showcasing Kashmiri art. The rooms were lovely, and the food and service were top-notch. The team was very warm and well-mannered. On our first night, we encountered an issue with the AC, but the Hotel GM personally came to meet me, apologized, and arranged for us to switch rooms right away. He is a very professional leader, and his team reflects his excellent management. I will definitely return to this property and recommend it to my friends and family. Lastly, I want to acknowledge the team members: Rasik, Fatima, Fayaz, Safat, Ali Mohammed, Aizaz, and everyone else. Thank you for treating us like family!

Very highly rated hotel with poor service.The rooms are good and spacious.The washrooms are comparable to those of any five star property.... Only thing that was not satisfactory was the food and service Needs a lot of improvement ... Hopefully they will improve...
